View Full Version : How to assemble Cobra Jet engines.
Pretty bad-ass article. Sooo many pictures. Check out the pic of the 3 engines sitting on pallets, that's a chunk of change right there. Drool. Pretty good articles on this site I have to admit. For me not being a Mustang fan, these Bosses and Cobra Jets and Laguna Secas churning out the HP they do makes it hard to dis-like them.

Pretty cool stuff. I need the tool to tighten both connecting rod bolts at the same time, to the correct torque. ;)

After oggling all those 5.4 Aluminum blocks, Cobra Jet DOHC heads, Mahle pistons, Manley rods and the TVS Superchargers....
I've determined that I would not need an engine hoist if I worked in that factory!......:D
