OK Ladies and Gents, I need some assistance for my sisters Merc Millan. She told me the other day that she was taking out her phone adapter from the console power supply, when it fell apart. She said she reached in to get the pieces and of course a spark occured. If you see where im going with this, of course the power supply is not working now. So before she told me she went out and bought a new phone charger and it still does not work. I checked her chargers fuse to be sure it was ok and it was good to go. I looked in the owners manual for the fuse location for the power supply and I see nothing listed in there for a fuse within the inside of the cars fuse box. So I keep reading and I see a fuse location in the box inside the engine compartment that says #22 Console Power Supply. I look under the hood and of course it is a cartridge fuse and I dont have these, so before i run to the auto store I pluck one out of another spot and swap them out. Of course that doesnt make the thing work either. What am I missing here. Where the hell is the freakin fuse for this :help:

Check #29 "cigar lighter, front" in the battery junction box. It is also a 20 amp fuse.

Without a wiring diagram it's very hard to guess where to check.
I'd check all the fuses in the fuse box and all the fuses and circuit breakers under the hood.

The fuses and relays are labeled on the underside of the lid.

Anytime!!!! It is a good thing the you fixed it. Ford does not warranty the power point fuses anymore.
