I think you missed last years show. Its amazing anyone has any room left after the BBQ. There was enough food last year to feed all of us and 1/2 the Mustang crowd.:lol:

You can follow me. its just up the road about 1.5 miles from the Hampton Inn. Leaving the Hampton make a left at the traffic light onto Route 11. Go about 1.5 miles east. Hotel Carlisle is on the right. It sits back off the road but is well marked with signs.

Embers was a little overwhelmed at 1st, but the food was good and they sat all of us pretty much together. I loved the homemade crab cakes :D Hope they still have that buffet.

From my memory last year, I think 45 people would take up closer to 75% of the restaurant if not more. It's not a really big place. :D

Like most plans in the past, I been pretty optimistic with high numbers but in reality its usually a lot less. We'll just show up and work out the parking situation when we arrive. Last year the resturant was rather empty when we arrived and besides for a few annoyed locals, we had no problems. Some members carpooled as well. Maybe I'll head over there to scout it out before we arrive.

From a business stand point, I would think they welcome a large crowd of people wanting to dine in the place considering its not a chain resturant.

Some places charge a "corking fee" (have fun with that one, pervs!) where you bring the wine, they charge like 5 bucks to open it. I have not been to one yet but I'd like to.
