Does anyone know what this decal is on the right rear fascia, the badge with 45 on it? Looks like an I45 badge but was wondering more....really liked the look of it.

Looks like a badge number decal to me?? Have to be a pretty small dept, though!

That's Adam's car, and the decal is for a fallen officer in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
