Hey all,

For those of you who were at Carlisle, I was the Mustang owner who's friend's with Tommy and Paul. It was a pleasure meeting you guys and hanging out with you. I took a few pics of the cars which I will post a link to in the multimedia section.

I walked around Sat after the rain looking for early areofox body GT's. Couldn't find one! A few LX's and later areos (90and Up). Where were they?

Hey Jerry it was fun having you with us and that nice 5.0 Mustang. I'm glad you learned how important it is NOT to miss your 2nd-3rd shift when taking on a Marauder!!!!!! *heh heh*! :cool:

For the record, he waited till I thought he wasn't gonna go and I upshifted to third. Then he nailed it. That nasty buck was me downshifting back into 2nd! Bastard....:mad:

I know what our cars are capable of. I knew if you were in the revs in 2nd, you would have started pulling me before my tranny even downshifted. I had to use whatever advantage I could find. ;)

Now that I think about it, the car pulls pretty hard in 3rd gear (the whole tranny is geared really short). I wonder what would have happened if I just mashed it in 3rd? We'll have to find out one day. LOL
