I'm at my local dealership getting some warranty work done and never ceases to amuse me when techs approach me about my MM like they have just witnessed the second coming of Christ. I've never understood that.

I was always nervous bringing my car to a dealership. They tend to look at the car like it has a jet engine under the hood. I located a SVT dealership and brought my car there for work. If they can work on Cobra's, the Marauder would be simple.

Agreed.
An SVT Dealership should be used to seeing our engines, and that is where I take mine when work is needed.
I still get compliments when I pull it in the service bay however.
:D

There is an svt dealer right down the street from here. This is for an a/c issue so I figured no harm done. I never co.shivered svt as a source for my warranty work but that's a great idea. Thx for accidentally educating me!

At the dealership I go to, there are a couple guys that do a lot of work on Cobras, so I'm comfortable with them working on my car. I get lots of complements and questions from the Service Rep and Techs whenever I bring in the car, they really get a kick out of the Eaton swap on the engine.

I haven't had a dealership do any work for me but I regularly purchase parts at a local dealer. Every time I come out of the part department I have 2-3 techs staring at it and talking about.
I always come out and pop the hood to let them ogle the powder coating and talk to them for a few minutes about the various mods. Conversation always turns to "So when are you going to SC it"?

My car last saw the dealer when I went back for the paperwork, and they inspected it and replaced the broken drivers door switch bezel. Plugs, tires (@#$#@ nails), rear brake pads Oil changes and a Belt/both idler pulleys/ tensioner are the only things done in 15K miles so far . Been busy but the 60K service will happen closer to 70K. Again all by me :)
