So I ordered a refurbished bumper from Prestige Bumpers website, asked them to fill the screw holes and they said great, my total was 585 shipped for the cover. I just received it today and it was just a giant bubble wrap mess on my front porch. No box, just wrapped in bubble wrap. Kinda pissed at this point, but maybe it'll be fine. I unwrap it and it has a giant dent offset on the passenger side. :censor: So I call the company immediately and express my concern, and ask why a urethane bumper wouldn't get the support it needs to keep its shape, especially with the hot temperatures we've been having here they are prone to warping. She said we never have problems wrapping them in bubble wrap blah blah blah... The options she gave me were pay to ship it back to her at my expense and she'll fix it, pay to ship it back to her and she'll refund me just for the cover and not shipping, or pay to have it fixed. WTF, what kind of company runs their business that way. I fortunately enough for you guys have their last remaining cover in my car right now, but just a heads up in future, do NOT deal with this company unless you want to be bent over without lube!

I just installed the reproduction bumper on my wife's car yesterday. Perfect. Not a repaired bumper, a repop. Not pre-painted, I took it to my body shop. It did come to me wrapped in bubble wrap, which was a surprise, but is was fine after setting it out in the sun for a couple of days.
