I just read an ad for the new Avenger V6...It stated HP as 283 and torgue at 650 something...How is that possible.What do you all think?Anyone else see this??That's a big torque number if correct...WHEELIES ????

Those specs read like it's a Diesel truck engine...

Torque is maybe 250, I just drove one yesterday at a Chysler event, got to drive it through a slalom course, braking etc...... it's a turd.

Nope, drove it and some HEMI chargers, on a road course, they would absolutley kill a Marauder, straight line, not much chance.

Unless it has 7 sequential turbos, there is NO way it makes anywhere near that torque...if it's NA, 250 maybe...

As no one hires proofreaders any more it wouldn't surprise me if it was just a typo.

Proofreaders can sometimes find then and than, brakes and breaks, & your and you're mistakes. Only the techies can pick out a horsepower/torque number that doesn't match. Probably supposed to be 250 not 650.
