06 CVPI Swap

[Commodore Crap]

Well, this involves my daily driver. My 93 Grand Marquis.
Just bought a 06 CVPI motor and transmission for it. Picked it up today.
I am really looking forward to a little challenge. Plus I think the Tank will feel a bit...Faster.
Over the next few weeks, I'll remove the motor and trans, clean up the engine bay, run new brake and fuel lines. And pain and powdercoat.
I'm really stoked!

Ironically.... I just picked up a 06 Crown Vic, and it needs a motor, got the old 139k motor pulled out, got a 08' motor with 32k on it ready to go in. If you need any parts off the 06' motor, let me know, I want it out of my way.

Thank you for the offer. We'll see how this goes. It's just another project I'm doing, and I'd like to share.
I do need an intake manifold, water pump pulley, and upper plenum to start. But I may go aftermarket on the plenum. I'll let you know.
