Your right, the info on IMDB has been bouncing back and forth with Mark Ruffalo playing Bruce Banner. If they play to the true storyline then the Avengers assemble to help stop Loki who has altered Bruce Banner/Hulk's mind.

Either way May 2012 needs to hurry up. lol

lol. i remember seeing shots of the avengers assembled somewhere a few months back so i knew to look for Mark Ruffalo. did you see the teaser after Thor? that has something to do The Avengers.

Also if you know the true storyline, Bruce Banner traveled to the Arctic to try and kill himself. He didn't and he actually found Captain America.

in the teaser after thor. since you can see Loki in the mirror, but not elsewhere, and the fact it seems like he is controlling te dr's mind, that means he is the body of the doctor or can Loki be invisible and control people?

I am a Marvel fan, but havent been able to read the original comics. i would love to read them sometime. don't know where to read them or buy them for a decent price.

I am a huge Marvel fan, I hated to read when I was a kid and my mom started buying me comic books and I was hooked.

That scene was on the special 3-disc dvd that came out.

Marvel is using parts of the true story background. If you remember when Loki and Thor were fighting on the rainbow bridge, Loki was knocked into the Bifrost. How he got into the mind of the doctor I don't know. In the comics, the Avengers were formed to stop Loki who has taken control of Bruce Banner to use the Hulk to go back to Asgard and defeat Thor. Loki makes Bruce Banner angry and shifts into Hulk form then uses his magic to separate Hulk from Bruce Banner which then Hulk becomes a pure form of raging energy which can not be stopped.

Expect Hulk to be a bad guy for part of the movie or most of it with Loki being the main villain of the movie.

Cool! I was a DC comics universe kid, but all these Marvel movies have me hooked. I like the way they are stringing these superhero movies together . I hope the main stars stay on for the long haul. I wasn't happy about all the different takes on Batman. And what happen to Superman. Did he go scouting for Krypton again?
