Yeah I was trying to make out what the times were but the camera focus was too blurry.

All I could tell was that he beat the TBSS on the big end! :banana2:

I wonder if the TBSS was S/C? My SS N/A accelerates much quicker than my N/A MM. AWD eliminates wheel spin which must be feathered in the S/C MM. Even so the S/C MM accelerates faster.....unless the road is damp. Then the AWD wins.

As an owner of one of each of these, thats badass! Both are very quick. I cant wait to make my MM faster than my tbss. I will post this on the tbss forum and see if i can find out the tbss mods. If I had to guess i would say the ss has cam, headers, stall, e-fans fender well intake and tune. Ill see what i can find!

I owned a TBSS also. It was pretty quick. Fun to drive for a mid size suv. I also owned a 99 Camaro SS. That was quicker than both the MM and TBSS.

Wonder if this was one of the few PTK turbo kits that was made.

I remeber that vid from a while back. I beleive it was a PTK kit on a stk motor. The real deal way to do Turbo on our cars would be Twin smaller Turbos With a really good Stall 3200ish. Then it would spool super quick & still be strong at the top. The absolute only way you will ever see a Turbo build like that is if its on a built LB cause TT on a stk blk is 100% unrealistic from a finacial point. 2 turbos ea only puting 2.5-3psi ea. Single's of course are awesome to but if done 100% right U simply cant beat Twins spooling VS. one.. Might be interesting in future

Don't know anything about the turbo Marauder but the TBSS owner is on a local forum I moderate. At one point during the summer I believe he was the fastest cam-only NA TBSS. Definitely in the high 11s now with 1.5 60 foots. Truck is up for sale too.
