Me thinks the ex-employee picked on the wrong patsy. The courts seem to be biased against men (probably for reason) and Mr. Deep Pockets is a lucrative target. Many times the out of court settlement with confidentiality clauses puts the problem out of the public eye.

I hope Shelby can fight this and set an example for defamation.

Shelby loves to sue anyone whom he views as making money because of what he did, and failed to protect, years ago.

To him it's all about how to make another dime off of anything he can put his name on.

Why did he ever sell the name "Cobra" to Ford if he was so committed to preserving his/it's legacy???

He wanted NOTHING to do with building more Cobras for many, many years UNTIL he saw how many replicars were being sold.

+1 to this....Who gets groped, drugged and ***** in a millionaires house and only expects "corrective action" and does not say a word to authorities until a later date.

I'd believe the less extravagant claims like being sent on errands for porn and liquor but the others seem a little over the top.

It maybe true or it may not. I have presonally seen both women and men bosses dragged into totally fabricated allegations so many times I now don't believe any of them.
