I haven't checked but I wouldn't be surprised. Many fords use the exact same base pump and just have different brackets on top of it or a different inlet fitting. The pump on my 02 Explorer will fit my 03 Marauder.

It should bolt up to the block.

03-04 CVPI will work on 03-04 MM.

The P71 pump was a cheaper alternative offered by my mechanic. I went ahead due to my budget :o. Nonetheless , my care is running good. Also I had to replace a pulley. As far as the pump , that part came from an 03 P71.
