I thought I had a bad speakers all this time. Turned out not to be the case. This goes only happens with my rear speakers. I get more base from one rear speaker than the other. When I switched the speakers there was no change. It almost seams as though it is wired through the oem sub then the speaker that produces more base. Has anyone else had this problem or what is the fix ?

Curt, the rear speakers and the subwoofer come from different connectors on the back of the radio.
The rear speakers are on connector C290c (24-pin) pins 9 & 22 and 10 & 23. The sub is on connector C290a (8-pin) pins 1,2, and 4 for signal and pin 3 for shield.
