Any recommendations for header wrap? This is not for the Marauder. The new RV gets quite warm on the passenger side. Header wrap, dynamat and a level of insullation on the floor boards may do the fix. Also considering fabing up some sort of heat shield.
I've never used header wrap before, suggestions?

Some header wraps voids warranty if you overlap it too much. I've had good luck with the DEI heat shield material. Self adhesive, peel and stick and you are done. I put some above my SW cats and also put some on the fuel line and starter.

I think justbob either has header wrap on his car, or has used it in the past, maybe want to PM him for feedback.

Its been many many years since I used it but I believe I used the summit house brand. Whatever the cheaper one was they carried. Worked just fine.

I use the summit brand as well, it truly is a pita. Make sure to use the ties if you do it as it makes the process much more manageable. If there is room for the heat shield I would recommend that route.

Thanks for the feedback. The exhaust is stock. So I will be wrapping the engine pipe only. Probably down to the cats. I have no plans to remove the plumbing to do this. With the engine cover off, it shouldn't be difficult.
