I run NGK TR6-IX only cause I do a lot more highway mileage rather than racing.

Stant p/n: 14138

Napa p/n: THM-109

Both of which are 180 degree F thermostats.

Since you are in the Middle East you might even want to go with the 170 degree one.

Since you have a tune, go with the NGK-TR6 plugs.

The change interval on those plugs are every 20-30k miles, but that also depends on how you drive and what you feel comfortable with. They are cheap enough to replace often.

I think the gap would be if you use those plugs you'll want like .052.

I'm using NGK's on my tuned MM. The tuner advised my to use 160 deg. thrmostat.

160 deg will be much colder than 180 or 192 ..

Need to also make sure that in the tune the fan temp turn on is changed as well.

is it necessary to change the spark plugs and thermo after tune? or will just run smoother?

Although not necessary, the colder plugs and T-stat will optimize your tune.

What is the hp range on rw after tuning if the car is completely stock??

Keep in mind that autolite makes motor craft plugs- Years ago Ford was ASked by the Federales [US GOV] to sell Autolite [ Now a Fram corp ] . Motor craft is the factory plug. Back in the late 80 and early 90's the Iconic 5.0 mustang ran better with autolie or motorcraft plugs Bosch plugs cost you a 10th of a second. NGk -Japanese only {Pep boys had them for US Cars though }

Most stock Marauders will dyno out between 235-245 RWHP and 245-255 TQ. Elevation, temp and other little factors can play a difference in the range.

When I was bone stock I was 242 RWHP and 251 TQ. From what I gather most have seen in the range of 20-25 RWHP and 30-35 TQ gained from getting a tune. I think my first dyno reading (had Flowmaster mufflers and a K&N drop in filter installed) at the time I did 267 RWHP and 281 TQ (can't remember but pretty close to that.

I will get her on a dyno after I finish doing the tune up and the exhaust and the rear cat delete than I see how much HP will make ..
