I hope that guy in the car sleeping :sleepy: got fired or disciplined, :shot: that's a crying shame how our tax dollars are at work. Thank GOD that it wasn't anything for real.

It's that way in a lot of police departments too. The more you screw up, the more promotions they give you.... JUST to get you off the front line! :)
