The K&N is the only CARB (California Air Resources Board) approved CAI for the Marauder. They failed me because of the CAI. Passed the sniffer failed the visual.

I have my stock airbox too, to lazy to post for sale! But here in California, we have rolling smog chck points. You could be heading to the store and get trapped in one of those. If you fail visual the fines are pretty bad.

Brian, when you get your K&N kit, make sure there isn't a kink in the tube when you put it on. My K&N came with a hose that was just a bit too long which caused a kink. They wouldn't let me pass without cutting the hose or putting a shorter hose in its place. I'm talking about the hose that goes from the PCV back up to the intake or something like that. If your confused, its the hose on the upper right of your photos.

Really here in Cali ? Never ran into those yet
