A good friend became a Chief today!

My long time friend Bill Sisk from Homewood, IL was advanced to Chief. I dusted off my old khaki's because he asked me to pin on one of his anchors. It was an honor. His grandfather pinned on the other one. This was on the U.S.S. New York this morning at 0900.

He was getting the anchor backs out of his pocket. They have many colorful terms such as frogs, goddamits, etc. etc.
