I certainly hope I am not stepping on anybody's toes that might be a member here. If so, I apolgize in advance. But how does one think they are going to get $26,500 for a Marauder with 23,000 miles on it? There's still brand new 2003 Marauders on dealership lot for $23,000 or less. One member here on mm.net just bought a brand new 2003 Maraider the other day for $20,500, I forget his member name on mm.net.

OH MY GOSH! Check out the seller's feedback. The worst I have ever seen on eBaY. I don't recall seeing anybody with a 82.7% or lower feedback rating.

We all know they won't be getting it. A 23k mile Marauder is worth about $18-19k retail, if they're lucky.

I wouldn't buy a little red wagon from the seller, based on his feedback rating. But I will keep watching to see if his "reserve" is met. Have to wonder what his reserve is. :)

Remember, it's an auction, which is a lot like a good game of poker. If you're ready to buy, bid 17K and see what happens?

With the seller's feedback, I might bid $17.00. Feedback is kinda like a traffic light. That's seller's feedback is a red light as far as I am concerned. :)

That my friends is the good part of e-bay. We get to sit back and watch and it cost us nothing!

Sure hope the bidder wise's up.

Hate to see people get "took" :help:

Look at the guy's reflection, if he's the seller, no wonder his feedback rating sucks, and he's tryin to get 26k for the car. Hey sheriff, nice icon! :)

Yes, except in a REAL auction, you get to see/hear what the highest bid is. This tells you immediately whether or not you can afford to buy the thing.

eBay is some sort of price guessing game, with the added possibility of getting shafted by an unscrupulous seller.

To each his own I guess.
