I was following my wife home from the hospital tonight and noticed something strange about her Explorer. The spare tire was missing! Some doucher cut the cable and stole it.:mad:

This is the second time in my life this happened. Last time was about 7 years ago on my Blazer. This is getting old.......

I don't think it happened today necessarily. It could have been a month ago for all I know.

Wow, never thought about that but it would be easy to steal with a pair of bolt cutters. Sorry to hear, but you know the perp will go to jail down the road...a jerk like that WILL get caught.

Be funny to have a gps tracker in the wheel, go find the vhicle it's on and take all four (or five!) of theirs! :D

Sorry to hear that. Same thing happened to my dads 2000 Expedition Eddie Bauer. He didn't notice until one day he stared at the vehicle and then it dawned on him it wasn't there anymore and saw the cable was cut as well.

Bizarre. I've never heard of that happening before.

Lots of stories of people having their catalytic converters cut out.

Oldest trick in the book guys. Four thefts = new shoes for someone. Dealerships have always had this issue, mostly on pickups.

Sorry it happened to you-they got my dodge truck too and it cost me $125 to replace it! What a PITA.

I'm sure they'll eventually be caught either by the Police or a very angry victim, who'll turn these offenders into victims.
