I've had some harbor freight drills and bits that drilled oval holes because of how imbalanced they were, but nothing like this...

I like that U-TUBE. [ I only go to harbor freight in extreme emergencies or minimal use for tools and excessories. ] There is some truth to this observation LOL

It's the way the machine is actually wobbling the specially shaped bit in a mathmatical pattern (@ 0.18 secs) you can see the offset of the bit as the colored circles towards the center of the diagram. Ever use a spirograph when you were a kid? That is pretty awesome!

Yep, there's gotta be some kind of camshaft somewhere pushing and pulling that drill bit around.
