If it runs and looks like 50k miles it's worth 7k I would like to pay 5k. But for even 7 I would rather put up 2k more and get a mm

It's a long wheelbase car! Not that it matters. Just good for people in the back seat.

Didn't know there was such a thing on Crown Vics...especially of that year. Looks the same to me.

Also, where's the blower?

They were used as NYC taxis. That one doesn't look like it was used for that purpose though.

It's in there. The intake plenum is on top of the roots style blower....

From what I've read from you, you really want a Marauder. You will not be Happy settling. I went that route, had my Vic for a year before I jumped into a Marauder. But if you think it will make you happy and it checks out, then Godspeed my friend

The Marauder is the better car IMO, it has better handling, better pick up, is just as comfortable and it's a Marauder

It's a 6 PSI Allen kit on a base crown vic. If it's SUPER NICE, i'd say 4500. Where's the car located?

Long wheelbase CVs didn't come out until 2002.

No, it's not a LWB.

vs a real long wheel base:

I'd love a LWB marauder honestly. I did look for a towncar like that, but couldn't find anything under 300k miles

If you get it and it's gonna be a dd make sure it's running with a safe tune.

After looking at those pics, and noticing the hole in the roof for the antenna, and the mirror caps that had lights in them, I'd go 2-3k for it, or just go and buy an old cop car, cause that's what that one looks like it was used for.

If you want an old cop car, I have an DPB 03' I can sell you for 4k, I just put a lot of parts on it, should make someone a nice driver.

I would just buy a Marauder, you'll be happier in the end if that's what you are wanting anyway.

Thats one of Kenny Brown's original lounge lizards it is in fact a Allen supercharger under that engine shield. I would think it would be worth more than 4500ish with that kinda miles.

Hope he likes driving it... supercharger or not, it's a 10 year old crown vic. You can get a towncar for that and slap a supercharger on yourself...

Here's a pic of another one, you can see the pulley and the snout behind it a bit better:
