Bumper Cover Scam? Peter?

This bumper cover saga is getting old.
Remember the post by Peter for a great deal on bumper covers?
I sent a money order for $684 on 8-25 for a set of covers.
He found out they weren't the correct covers on 10-1 and he would send the money back.
Then on 10-4 he asks for my address? WTF?
Then after several PM's he says they finally shipped on 10-17 and gives me a tracking number.
Now, on 10-20 I have nothing and the tracking number isn't recognized by canada post, ups, or fedex.

Anybody else having problems?

I know Peter had a great reputation for helping folks out before but what's up?

I posted some skepticism on the whole deal and was slapped back for it. I hope I was, and am, wrong.

I have had the same issue . His communication skills suck. I've been waiting just as long as Fordnut has . He finally gave me a tracking number for my money order, so hopefully me and you can get our money back in a timely fashion

I also ordered fog lights, paid for those through paypal. I told him to put the refund in the box with the fog lights. but still don't have anything at all. Filed a complaint through paypal because they have a 45 day limit and the time limit is about up.

To confirm, it was shipped 10-16. Your money order was never cashed. I have no idea why the package didn't arrive yet, but it should have. I'll call up Canada Post in the morning as to why the tracking number isn't showing any update.

The photo has a different tracking number from the one you sent me in the earlier pm, but neither of them works. Every week for the past 3 weeks I've been hearing "you should have it by the end of the week", here it is another Friday.
