For all of those of you that followed along with my spoiler issue and supported me in IN THIS THREAD (http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=91395#post91395), I would like to thank you all again, and update you all with the conclusion of this issue.

I had my day in court this morning, and after presenting the facts, we agreed to settle without any further arbitration. My spoiler will be relocated, and my trunk repaired and repainted, and a life time guarantee will be placed on all the work performed. I will have this work done sometime in the next 90 days when the weather allows my driving it around town.

I am so pleased, and relieved.

Back in Detroit in one piece.

Thanks all....

This was a wierd meeting all together. I have been outta luck since this happened last June in regards to obtaining specialty items and services. Ironically enough this company IS the best in town as far as products and services. Over the last 15 years, I have always taken my cars to them for aftermarket mods. I have wanted an auto start for a long time now, and heated seats....there was no one left to go to around here worth a crap.

We have not only settled this issue at hand, we have settled our differences. And that's really good. It's all behind us now, and I can proudly show my face at their shop in the future. Perhaps a few scowls from the install techs...but nothing but respect from the owners and management.

Very good news! It's nice to see that sometimes the system works. Too bad you had to take the case to court to get it, but at least it worked out well.

. . .and nothing will show them that there are no hard feelings more than taking your business back to them if that is what you choose to do. It send the message that you are sincere in your business.

Congratulations - glad to know it worked out.

Congrats!

Truthfully, it was very stressful for all of us.

We can't stand our sweeties and their siblings suffering in any way!
