Dont get the floor jack from sears unless you can get it for $20! Those floor jacks are not worth anything, I've got one and if you read the reviews they are bad. I used mine to lift my CV 3 times before the seals blew and that was the $350 version. They are made in china now and not very good.

Hein Werner, but they are not cheap, but you are young so it would prolly last you your whole life..but they are like $400 + ..maybe just under $400 for some models.

I would wait in line for whipples at unbelievable pricing lol. As a cheaper alternative (cheaper in quality as well as price I assume), I've heard good things about Torin jacks, I think the higher end are better. They are much better quality than the craftsman and more affordable than Hein Werner.

Also consider the older Craftsman jacks (like at a yard sale), most of them will last forever. Back when things were built right, and might be able to find one cheap.

Mel and I were at Walmart at 11 PM, then napped till 4:30 and hit the road to Target, then Menards. It's just a line, no biggie. With three kids and a big family, you can bet your sack of ping pongs I'm out to save where I can! Marauder was completely loaded, but the weight was offset by my lighter wallet... Yes, I parked at Walmart, its insured.

Strange. Every single "Black Friday" sale I have ever seen has been preceded or followed by better prices on the same items.

The last 5 years or so I have gotten my holiday items cheaper by shopping the week before black Friday and in every single case, I watched the prices at the same store as well as competing stores for the weeks to follow (because they had price guarantees). I have never had to claim one of those guarantees.

Not just small items, either. We're talking computers, TVs, phones, and my latest vehicle also.

I went out today to get work pants (only because I needed work pants and not because of a sale), so I also picked up some shirts. I paid more than I paid 3 months ago for a similar amount of stuff.

I think holiday sales are a scam and are not the best prices to be had. In any event, no reason for me to go out in the cold when Tiger and newegg will deliver the stuff to me at the same prices or even cheaper.
