Yes, at some point in your 30s, youll have to pee more in the middle of the night, and your need for 6-7hrs of sleep every night grows stronger each year

In repsonse to Brads advice, I'm 41, I don't pee any more than I ever did, I never get up in the middle of the night and grab my.....self....for the sole purpose of urinating. Then again, I only sleep about 4 or 5 hours a night. I guess if I had advice for someone turning 30 it would be keep in touch with your friends and family, around the time I turned 30 was when they started dying off. Mainly from slipping and falling and banging thier heads when they got up to pee in the middle of the night. I MISS YOU, GRAMMY !! :bigcry:

Great age. Great decade.

My only suggestion, start saving for your retirement NOW.

Little bit off topic, but my doctor prescribed a medicene for a problem that I, and millions of older men, either have or get (BPH, not ED), and he said that one side affect is that it tends to grow hair.

Damn, if he wasn't right! The hair growth is actually noticeable, not that that means anything at my age.

If I had known about this years ago, I might have taken the medicene sooner.

As for the medicene's primary goal, seems to be working.

At that age I won't have any choice to not handle it. lol

Geez, I was just 30 too!
My grandmother was so right, I used to complain when I was a little kid about being bored and nothing to do. She would say "you can go read a book or go pick rocks and weeds out of the hill side garden". Best believe I was reading a lot of books! lol

I thought last year flew by, this year has gone even faster. :(

Chris doesn't have any hair on his head.
Well it really wasn't by choice, I can thanks genes for that. I do save more money on shampoo and haircuts now.

I remember busting my dad's chops (RIP) when he used to listen to music from his younger days (same with his old movies).

His comment, wait till you get old.

He was right.

Now, I can't get enough of late 50's and 60s/70s music.

Funny about the different decades.

The stuff from the 50/60's brings back memories that seem more like I'm watching a movie.

The stuff from the 70's actually brings back day to day occurences that I can still remember clearly.

I've often wondered, imagine what it must have been like to live in the USA when WWII ended?

Just enjoy your life it doesn't matter how old or young you are. You will discover limits on some things. Pay attention to them.

 probably no different than my past decade. Older, wiser, my heaith more broken by the year. BUT, still don't give a flyin fickled finger of fate either. The DTR sleeps more than my 17 year old cat, but can still run like a ***** gorilla when needed. But, needs now are faster, the more permanent,,,type. of mods... as the song implies, what a long and strange trip its truly been ....We still live in the Greatest County on Gods good green earth, just costs more than ever before,YEE HAW WHAT A RIDE IT BEEN.......................... ............
