I was wondering if anybody has or known somebody with these alternators, i need to find a 275-300A alternator for the SB, the audio system i plan on putting in will draw 210-224A (14.4V-13.5V) by itself so any help is apreciated, i saw the DB one but thats not enough obviously

The regulator on the MM alternator is specific. Can't remember the name of the company others use. PM FBM I've seen him post the companies name.

What does this DB go for and where can I find one? I have future plans on upgrading my subs/amp and would really like the assurance of a higher output alt.

I just purchased 2 High Output alternators. One for the Marauder and the other for my 1991 Mark VII LSC SE. Got them from Power Bastards, 225 amps and 110 amps at idle they do the job for my JL Audio 12W7. Good guys over at Power Bastards.

Be sure to add HO wiring kit to current wiring both for Pos. and Neg.
Just to be on the safe side.

talked to the guy over at mechman, the highest they have is a 220A, their 14V batteries wont work in our cars, nor will their voltage regulators, looks like DB electric to me
