Blackened300a amd Hammerdown both have Fusions but I don't know which model year. Paul has a Black one and Connie has a Red.

"Owners will be notified the week of 24 January" ????? WTF. So if your wheels fall off between now and 24 January are you covered??? Now that the word is out, the dealers should be prepared for the folks to start showing up for the fix NOW.

I contacted Paul via cellular phone, and he has the 18" rims, so he is good-to-go.

Connie, I cannot speak for.

Connie has the Fusion Sport model, I think. Anyone know what wheels came on that one?

The article reports that Ford will replace lug nuts and brake rotors. But the affected part is the wheel stud. No mention of inspecting or even replacing that part.

Did I miss something?

Connie and Jack have the Fusion Sport which I believe has at LEAST 18"s on it if not bigger.

And the sport model has aluminum wheels. I don't understand why Ford wouldn't replace the studs on these vehicles. It must be the rotors are affecting the load on them?
