*When the reward is great, the effort to succeed is great, but when government takes all the reward away, no one will try or want to succeed.*
Is this man truly a genius?**Checked out and this is true...it DID happen!

An economics professor at a local college made a statement that he had never failed a single student before, but had recently failed an entire class. That class had insisted that Obama's socialism worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great equalizer.*

The professor then said, "OK, we will have an experiment in this class on Obama's plan". *All grades will be averaged and everyone will receive the same grade so no one will fail and no one will receive an A (substituting grades for dollars - something closer to home and more readily understood by all).

After the first test, the grades were averaged and everyone got a B. The students who studied hard were upset and the students who studied little were happy. As the second test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even less and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a free ride too so they studied little.*

The second test average was a D! No one was happy.*
When the 3rd test rolled around, the average was an F.*

As the tests proceeded, the scores never increased as bickering, blame and name-calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one would study for the benefit of anyone else.*

To their great surprise, ALL FAILED and the professor told them that socialism would also ultimately fail because when the reward is great, the effort to succeed is great, but when government takes all the reward away, no one will try or want to succeed.
Could not be any simpler than that. (Please pass this on)

These are possibly the 5 best sentences you'll ever read and all applicable to this experiment:

1. *You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity.

2. *What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.

3. *The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.

4. *You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it!

5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that is the beginning of the end of any nation.

Can you think of a reason for not sharing this? *Neither could I.

Greed is a sickness that cannot be stopped by an apples, and oranges discussion.

Load up on ammo. When the government comes to your door for your possessions. At least they'll have a fight on their hands and maybe as a token. Take out a couple of them too as we go down in a hail of gunfire!!

The USA free market capitalist system generated more wealth for more people while freeing more people from tyranny than an other system in the history of man.

I find it fascinating that some intellects are promoting "transforming" us to a different system that is currently collapasing.

So the blame for the "current collapse' is the different system that some intellects are "promoting"?

Too funny!

Per the AP - "American workers stay longer in the office, at the factory or on the farm than their counterparts in Europe and most other rich nations, and they produce more per person over the year.

They also get more done per hour than everyone but the Norwegians, according to a U.N. report released Monday, which said the United States “leads the world in labor productivity.”

The average U.S. worker produces $63,885 of wealth per year, more than their counterparts in all other countries, the International Labor Organization said in its report. Ireland comes in second at $55,986, followed by Luxembourg at $55,641, Belgium at $55,235 and France at $54,609."

And our USA Gov't has guarrenteed/spent ~$3.7 Trillion bailing out the rest of the World and has guarranteed the Euro so that 50% of Europeans over the age of 55 can continue to receive their Gov't sponsored pension.

****** Europe. Why should the USA worker never retire so that the European worker can continue to retire at 55. Oh thats' nright if we don't bail those Socialist out we will spill our blood on their soil to free them from the next Socialist Leader while only getting in return the land to bury our dead. Canada has fought right next to our side in every armed conflict. I say let Socialist Canada bail out Europe and let Socialist Canada spill all their blood in Europe. Canada is now big and rich enough to go it alone.

This blaming all your problems on socialism is absurd, the problems started long before the right wing fox-news crowd even came up with this lets blame socialism crapola, good lord folks. The USA, and Canada for that matter, are far, far from socialist, about as far as you can get.

But, whatever, carry on.

Edit, i see you added some more nonsence, Canada has not fought along side with the USA in every war, can you say the two biggest, stupidest wars since WW2, Vietnam and Iraq. And Canada is far from socialist, what is different other than healthcare for all and a few smart limits to the bankers ect.
