Need your help guys. FBM. Birdman. I installed Vleds kit the other night. Problems is while the car is in the account position both headlights and fogs can come on but when the car is started only one or the other is able to run. Installed per I instructions l. Any suggestions? Also while driving with the headlights on, the illuminator that indicates your brights are on in the instrument clusters stays illuminated dimly. And when you turn your brights on it illuminates to the full brightness.

How do they function if you have the H/L switch in the "off" position when starting the car, and then manually turn the lights on? I believe you will find they will work as normal in that case.
As far as the HB light glowing dim, something on the circuit is looking for a ground, and getting it through that circuit.

When I start the car then do the parking then headlights then try to do the fogs they don't turn on. Now when I do the parking lights then the fogs they come on but then try to turn on the headlights they come on and the fogs shut off. The high beam indicator light being on dimly when the lows are on and then being the regular brightness when the high beams are turned on is due to a ground? I grounded the headlights to the frontmost screw or bolt on the frame behind the headlight. Good Enough?

You would need to ohm out the ground to verify if it is a good quality ground. The dimly lit indicator, indicates that there is most likely a ground issue. I assume that it had none of these extra features when you had regular halogen bulbs installed, correct?
Fog lights won't come on if the high beams are on, it sounds like part of the issue may be due to the fact that the relay that operates(isolates) the low beams from the high beams is seeing that load, and engaging. I would find the issue causing this, or, isolate the high beams/low beams/fog lights with relays.
Without actually looking at it, it sounds like a ground issue though.

Try running a wire with some alligator clips from the headlight grounds to the negative (-) battery post. That will tell you if the grounds are good.

Can I ask why would you go with one of their kits?
I just looked at their site and I can't sit down.... and I didn't even buy one of their kits.....

I wanted to stay with one company for all my Leds and Hids. Thar way if I were to have a problem I can go to one company instead of two or in some cases three different companys. Their regular price is high, very high but they had a deep discount for black Friday and I've already purchased all my other inside and out Leds from them being able to talk them into giving my 15% off for bringing them two more Rauders also for Leds.

So you bought a Vleds hid kit?
It sounds like some wire is crossed or something is not making a good connection. You may have to swap the LowBeam and HighBeam wires on the kit. I've never touched their HID kit so I can only guess at things.

I ended up having to switch the Hugh and low beam wire around in the kit connector. Everything works fine now. ts a very clean 8k lightoutput ,very pleased with the kit overall. Just a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.
