Was driving home last night had some hard rocking on low speed , than my check light come on blinking never seen that before .


Took it this morning happy 2012 and this what they said ...


P0307 Code - Cylinder #7 Misfire

So got all the parts that I think will do the trick . I will be doing
spark plugs or wires or both
coil (pack) for 7.

Now this will be my frist time with the coil pack any help be great :)

Tip one ...I need to know were Cylinder 7 is ? Do I start counting front to back or back to front ?

#7 is the second to last back cylinder on the drivers side. Remove the plug off the coil, remove one 7mm or 8mm bolt that holds it down to the manifold. Just pull it straight up, add dielectric grease to the bottom of the spring on the new coil and slide it down till it bottoms out. Replace bolt and plug then fire it up. 9 out of 10 times its the coil that misfires and not a plug issue so you should be good to go with just a coil swap.
