Some of you may have already heard about this, but I thought it might
be good information for those that dont know as yet
"Warning Two" is most informative. Stay Safe

A MESSAGE FROM THE OFFICE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL
STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, JACKSON ,

While driving on a rural end of the roadway on Thursday morning, I saw an infant car seat on the side of the road with a blanket d***** over it.

For whatever reason, I did not stop, even though I had all kinds of thoughts running through my head. But when I got to my destination, I called the Canton PD and they were going to check it out. But, this is what the Police advised even before they went out there to check....

"There are several things to be aware of .... gangs and thieves are now plotting different ways to get a person (mostly women) to stop their vehicle and get out of the car.

"There is a gang initiation reported by the local Police Department where gangs are placing a car seat by the road...with a fake baby in it...waiting for a woman, of course, to stop and check on the abandoned baby..

"Note that the location of this car seat is usually beside a wooded or grassy (field) area and the person -- woman -- will be dragged into the woods, beaten and *****, and usually left for dead. If it's a man, they're usually beaten and robbed and maybe left for dead, too.

DO NOT STOP FOR ANY REASON!!! DIAL 9-1-1 AND REPORT WHAT YOU SAW, BUT DON 'T EVEN SLOW DOWN.

"IF YOU ARE DRIVING AT NIGHT AND EGGS ARE THROWN AT YOUR WINDSHIELD, DO NOT STOP TO CHECK THE CAR, DO NOT OPERATE THE WIPER AND DO NOT SPRAY ANY WATER BECAUSE EGGS MIXED WITH WATER BECOME MILKY AND BLOCK YOUR VISION UP TO 92.5%, AND YOU ARE THEN FORCED TO STOP BESIDE THE ROAD AND BECOME A VICTIM OF THESE CRIMINALS.

THIS IS A NEW TECHNIQUE USED BY GANGS, SO PLEASE INFORM YOUR FRIENDS AND RELATIVES.

THESE ARE DESPERATE TIMES AND THESE ARE UNSAVORY INDIVIDUALS WHO WILL TAKE DESPERATE MEASURES TO GET WHAT THEY WANT."

Please talk to your loved ones about this. This is a new tactic used. Please be safe.

Some knew about the red light on cars, but not the 112.
It was about 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon, and Lauren was driving to visit a friend. An UNMARKED police car pulled up behind herand put his lights on. Lauren's parents have always told her never to pull over for an unmarked car on the side of the road, but rather to wait until they get to a gas station, etc.

Lauren had actually listened to her parents advice, and promptly called 112 on her cell phone to tell the police dispatcher she would not pull over right away. She proceeded to tell the dispatcher there was an unmarked police car with a flashing red light on his rooftop behind her. The dispatcher checked to see if there were police cars where she was and there weren't, and he told her to keep driving, remain calm and he had back up already on the way.

Ten minutes later 4 cop cars surrounded her and the unmarked car behind her. One policeman went to her side and the others surrounded the car behind. They pulled the guy from the car and tackled him to the ground. The man was a convicted rapist and wanted for other crimes.

I never knew about the 112 Cell Phone feature, but especially for a woman alone in a car, you should not pull over for an unmarked car. Apparently police have to respect your right to keep going to a safe place.

*Speaking to a service representative at Bell Mobility confirmed that 112 was a direct link to State trooper info. So, now it's your turn to let your friends know about 112.

You may want to send this to every woman (and man) you know; it may save a life.

This applies to ALL 50 states
PLEASE PASS ALONG TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY; IT CAN SAVE A LIFE.

#3 Go ahead and pull over as quicly as possible! Check the baby seat. If anyone starts to approach from the woods, pull your Glock out, make sure spare extended clip is in weak hand and start... :D

I did see a fellow around Christmas in NY with white strobes in his lights. Turned them on driving through some big puddles, like you might with hazards. I assumed it was a cop so I backed off. Some undercovers drove by, rolled down the window and gave the guy hell. He shut them off and slinked off at the next exit. I'm guessing he was fire or construction since they didn't pull him over.

We were ready for a show.

I don't know about the first part but the second part does happen. (not sure about the 112 part of it though) A couple of years ago my wife and daughter we driving down a local road. Some kid in a ricer was flying at way over the speed and forced his way between my wife's can which was in the left lane and a car in the right lane slightly in front of my wife. It did damage to both cars but more to ours. My wife and the other people pulled over and called the cops. Just a few minutes later a CV pulls up with red lights behind the grill. The guy tried to get the family in the other car to leave but thankfully they didn't. He also tried to get my wife out of the car but she didn't. As he was trying to get the other people to leave the real police in marked card showed up. Guns were drawn and the guy was taken down, taken down pretty hard according to my wife and hauled away. Of course at the time it happened I was in the next state and was freaking out. So yes do not stop for an un-marked car in a desolate area. You can always call 911 and tell them the situation and that you are going to stop in a lighted populated location.

Anyone remember about a year or two ago (maybe longer) the "MS-12 Gang Initiations"? This myth may have only been around south Texas....

The legend went that a car full of guys would bump into the back of your car while driving or stopped or what have you, and when you stopped to trade info, you were shot and killed.

Never heard any mention of this except for the internet.

MS-12 are MS-13 wantabees.

Glad you all pointed out the hoaxes, I thought the source may have been LEO?

There are gang initiations. A lady I worked with was walking to her car in day light parked in the Super Dome. Another man and woman walked near her. The woman grabbed my friends purse while the man cheered her on. My friend resisted and the woman gave up. The man made comments about her failing and she would have to try someonelse.

In an office of 35 men only myself and one other man offered to walk her to her car. We both did until she once again became comfortable walking to her car by herself. I asked the President to send out a notice and to arrange for security and/or groups to walk to their cars. He did neither. I was surprised because he was a fair man and treated all the employees well. Like many in New Orleans he was in denial over the evil that has taken it over. http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/showthread.php?t=75960

Gentleman,
I called the number 112 and a man answered "What is you emergency"
I explained the email I received and ask if it was true.
The man said yes it is true.
Make the call your self and see.
I may have been spammed by this, and yes I am LEO and had not heard about this
before. But I work for the US Marshals Service. We do traffic stops all the time in unmarked
cars. Most pull over, some will make you chase them and some will pull into a service
station.

As I said Call the Number and see if it is true. I would be very interested in the out
come of the polling.
And thank you for alll your concern.

BS like most.

Let me qualify that.... 112 will work but as long as you have a signal from a cell tower. No signal... 112 or 911 will not work.

Why dial 112 when you can dial 911?????

Ya know, it sure is great and all that these websites prove that these are common "chain mail" or whatnot, but the fact of the matter is, it is all still good advice. If you're out somewhere un-populated and you get eggs thrown at your car, and you didn't see who threw them, you probably shouldn't stop. Neither should you stop for a baby seat on the side of the road, heck, even one with a baby in it. Call the police.

We had them doing water balloons in my area for a while. They would throw them at your car then when you stopped to see who threw them they would take off in your car if you went looking for them.

About 20 years ago me & my chick at the time were driving down the street when a completely civilian jeep was driving crazy and trying to get us to pull over. She was driving('86 Camaro), so we pulled into a store 24 parking lot where we knew there would be people around. The Boston Police officer who jumped out of the Jeep(plainclothes) ran over to us, I thought we were in for some big trouble.
He was accusing us of some bogus traffic violation, berating us in public, using language that no LEO should ever use with women around(my kid sister was also in the car).
He even wrote us a ticket for the bogus violation. Now this was in my neighborhood, we were well aware of the speed limit in the area and were well under it. He accused us of failure to yield at a rotary, when he actually cut us off, we had the right of way.
The next day we brought the ticket to the precinct and filed a complaint.
Turns out the LEO was running late for for his shift and needed an excuse for it so he decided that we were going to be his excuse lol.
They dismissed the ticket.
We filed a complaint but IDK if anything was done about it. I think I read in the paper that he was later fired for something shady.

True story.
