Best I can figure is that "fwi" is the crude version of "Screw With It". Depends on the context that it is used in. Generally, not complimentary.

Have also heard that it means "Facebook While Intoxicated" so when translated to Forums it probably refers to an "incoherent post".

She was struggling to learn the nuances of the English language, and I couldn't help messing a little with her head when she asked me for help.
