Any interest in a lightweight Marauder jacket?
All 4 colors will be available and I'll have a idea of pricing next week sometime.

Is this jacket going to be about the weight of a wind breaker? Fleece lined or is it more of a Winter weight coat?

On a side note I was thinking of a baseball bomber style. Body color would be car color and the sleeves could be light grey or charcoal depending on the interior of the car. with the Mercury Marauder with God's head as described by Doomie

Spring jacket. Light nylon with a lining.

I haven't seen what products are offered yet. Once I find out what styles and materials I can choose from to make this cost effective yet durable, comfortable and good looking, I'll post them up.

Price factor will kill this project. Nobody will shell out what may be close to a $150-175 per jacket after factoring in design, printing, product, labor, tax, and shipping for a larger item. Higher prices also mean less demand and my discount of ordering in bulk won't apply.

I was given a price quote on the jackets. After printing the front logo, a large back logo, product, startup fee's, shipping ,tax and when its all said and done. This jacket will run a little north of $100 each.
It's the brand "Port Authority" which is the same brand used for the hats so it's a high quality product and the embroidering will be bold and perfect.
If 15 of you guys commit to it, then I'll open up ordering.
Its the most expensive item I have offered to date so I'll wait to hear what feedback I get before I commit to anything.

My style is this. And I paid $200.00 for it. And I wouldn't have a problem doing it again if it was something that I wanted.

I got a quote of $75 a jacket just for product. That's before printing and all the other fee's. This may run into a $150-$175 before shipping depending on how many orders.

Sorry for a derailment Paul but if this were to come up in either MM and especially Trilogy, i'd by BOTH. Love that jacket Jake! But I agree with you Paul, there simply wouldn't be enough interest, and more hassle, that's why I am just quietly working on my own locally, especially with most wanting designs that differ from mine. Kudos to ya, I don't have the patience to satisfy anyone anymore.

I had a Mets jacket in that shiney material back in the 80s. I have a rule, if it's something that I wouldn't wear, then I don't make the item. I can come up with a different style just they don't have them available in all 4 colors of the car.

No tall. Its XS-6XL and its a unisex jacket.

I would like one, but jackets made to fit men don't always fit women ie sleeve length is too long, shoulders too big in my experience. Sorry I have to pass. And tall sizes are important for tall guys so we'll both take a pass this time.

There size chart seems to run a lot smaller than other places. I'm not sure what size I would wear. There 3XL is listed as 50-53 and JCPenneys is listed at 54-56 in 3XL for close to same style jacket. Bill
