Woooooooooooo! End of day 1 on the install. Got all the old "stuff" off and got the lower intake & Supercharger Assy installed, along with the fuel rails and boost gauge plumbing...

At this point, I'm about 7 hours into it, I'll easily be done and rolling tomorrow afternoon sometime...

In the early Disassembly stages, removing the stock lower intake...

I have to admit, the photos were staged... I cleaned up a little bit first...So to answer the question, they're on the floor and went right back up on the paint about a minute later. :)

Logan, and others, what do your neighbors think about the car?

1/2 of mine think it's silly to be driving around in a doomsday machine (blacked out car and windows) like something a kid would do (most of the neighbors have Audi's & Beemers), and the other half think its a bad arse car they wish they had the balls to have bought.

Most of the neighbors don't what it is.

My neighbors are idiots. I hide my cars in the garage with the doors closed so they don't figure out I'm a "car guy" and start asking me to fix their hondas. ;)

STAGED? is that not false advertising guy's? STAGED? sounds like something a movie company would pull with some rice burners and American muscle cars so the ricers could keep up! :nono:

hehehe... More like, Only myself was in the garage, so I hit the auto timer after positioning the camera on the shelf and then posed like I was doin' something, when in reality, I think I had a pair of needle nose pliers in my hand. ;)

Be careful Logan as you may get oil on you. (Re: past thread on oil sender).

This time I got drenched in Anti-freeze. Friggin' drain nut broke off in the rad, so I had to drain the rad by disconnecting a hose. That SUCKED. Aside from that, the install went well except for the germans and their damn alternators...
