I reloaded my stock tune for yearly inspection. Then loged 220 miles. Took th car in for inspection & passed. 1100 miles later my check engine light comes on. I swing in Autozone they plug in a Acutone code PO174 comes up. Says fuel trim bank 2 condition. EMC has detected a rich or lean A/F ratio condition on engine bank 2. Probable cause: If bank #1 & #2 are set together suspect a fuel pressure condition or MAF sensor fault.
Failed H2S21 (heated oxygen sensor bank 2 sensor#1.
Ignition misfire condition.
Fuel injector problem.
Engine mechanical condition.
Then plug in my Xcal code P1000 comes up. How is that different from Auto zones code read ?
I started by cleaning the MAF. What else should I do ?

Probably because you have headers??? lol

Clear the codes and load up your custom tune and drive and see if anything comes up after a while.

So you removed the SW headers?

I had the P0174 when my EGR tube was loose.

P1000 OBD-II = Monitor Testing Incomplete.

Try loading the custom tune and see what you got.

So you removed the SW headers?

That is correct I had SW headers & custom pipe all the way to mufflers on for three weeks then removed until eaton swap time arrives. I couldn't see spending money on a tune once for headers another for eaton conversion. Apx five hundred dollars doesn't come easy.

I cleaned MAF. Then cleared code. Should check engine light come on again with same diognostic what should be my next step be to correct lean air fuel ratio. Change bank two o2 sensor #1 ?
