My fuse #21 under the dash blew. Its says in manual it is lcm for park lamps and interior illumination, autolamp/sunload sensor 15a. I put a new one and it blew immediately. No parking lights, but i have interior and headlights? Please help!

OK well a split thumb nail and about an hour into it, my dad and I figured out it was a wire in the passenger rear taillight that was rubbed bare. Taped it up and put the light back on and all is well thank god.

Just wondering how this wire rubbed bare?

Did you do something to the tail light recently....change a bulb???

Glad you found the problem..

Yea I installed a sequntial turn signal kit and I had the lights out back in the early summer. When I put the lights back in the wire must have pressed against something and it rubbed it bare. What luck, but glad we found it.

Yup you need to be careful with re-installing the tail lights. Shortly after I got mine the brake light (and then TS) fuse blew. After a little searching I found that at some point, whether at the factory or during a bulb replacement, the wires had been pinched by the mounting stud and eventually the insulation failed causing a short to ground and the fuse(s) to blow.
