Will it bolt on directly? No.

Will it bolt on with the other intake parts from an 03-04 Cobra to replace your NA intake manifold? Yes.

It was a lot easier than I expected. And soooooo much fun buying the parts and installing it with my buddy Justbob. But with you living in Nazifornia. An Eaton Swap may be an issue. Youd have to look into that.

In California I don't think an Eaton swap would pass smog, the cobra sc most likely will, just an assumption.

Yeah, I think the only viable S/C option in California is a Vortech.

For Vortech supercharger the California CARB E.O. numbers are D-213-20, D-213-25, D-213-26, and D-213-27. The Marauder is specifically mentioned along with other vehicles.

Modern supercharger kits seem to be running at over $6 grand. How much can be saved by doing the Eaton swap? Is it possible to do this for around $3K? (used parts, non-emission state)

Parts only prolly $3500 at best, install and tuning about another $1700 if not doing yourself

I paid $3500 for all my eaton parts, included a 2# lower Metco setup to make 10 PSI. All the little misc. stuff and the tune was $1800 more, that's not including any labor if you pay someone to do it.. So RubberCityRauder is dead on.

The eaton swap is dumb. Keep your car stock. ;) Everyone wants something for nothing. Its 4 grand or less if you are a hustler and do your own install. Its 6 grand plus if your paying someone. Grab a wrench........................ .

Not very often, but back in Dec I bought a $35K "limited production" vehicle for $6,800. That said it's cheaper to buy the whole car than the parts...

JRi is building the shock mount to fit into my Marauder. Of course, I will include details and pictures as they become available from BRG Racing.
