SSM 2012 Annual Picnic

That time of year for all us to get together for our annual picnic. SUNDAY, MARCH 25TH from 11-4 pm, w/B-B-Q luncheon served at 12:30 PM at Markham Park, 16001 W. State Road 84. Sunrise,Florida. Everyone is welcome. Sonny's as in the past, will provide the food and we have a pavillion under cover as in past picnic's.


Plan on attending and please let us know how many in your party will be coming HERE ON THIS THREAD. As always, we will try our best to keep the cost-per-person as low as we can (cost per person will be forthcoming) to keep our unique Marauder community together.

My calendar is still in juggle mode. I am either going to Atlanta 3/13 for a concert and a trip to Mo's or Detailfest in Stuart 3/24 which would put me in perfect position for the picnic, time will tell.

I'm very sorry to report I will not be attending. I have been informed that it is the day after my "surprise" party for my birthday. It's not always the most pleasent thing to do & it takes time but if you have someone good to do it when it's all done you will be happy.

Seriously Levi, you have got a very sweet low mile MM with a lot of nice stuff done to it.
You certainly won't make money when you sell it so just sit back and enjoy it man.
And you will probably never find another one like it if you do decide to sell and then get sellers remorse.

If you need to go faster buy a mustang or something as a designated track dog.

I think that's what is next for me.

I am so A$$ deep in my MM I will have to drive it for years to break even, It's a good thing I love driving it.
And people just keep coming up with more and more cool stuff for it.:shake:

SunShine State Marauders Picnic ** Sonny's BBQ Menu ** : We will be served Pulled Pork & Chicken. The side items will be Bar BQ Baked Beans , Coleslaw & Fresh Corn on the Cob. We will have Freshly Baked French Bread with Butter on the side ,Sweet Tea, Un-Sweet Tea, Lemonade & Fresh Lemons on the side. Sauces : Mild ,Sweet & Smokin. All condiments included. Food will be served between at 12:30 till 1:30 pm. Please post up ASAP if you are planning on going ,All are welcome Thanks You ! * *PS ** I picked up some Can Soda's & Bottled water also for the group & I also picked up 2 case's of mixed chips also so we have something to snack on and drink before the BBQ people set up & during the picnic. I called Sonnys BBQ to give the final head count. They have a min of 48 Lunches to do a set up & serve. So we will have a little extra for the last minute people who would like to go. But to be fair those will be on a first come basis or if you post here before.

If any of you get their early its shelter #2. Once you come in the main gate you make a right turn at the stop sign and then your first left at the main field. Shelter #2 is right next too the play ground .I'll be their a little before 10am. See everyone then.

The Day turned out great. Will Post pictures ASAP. Hope everyone had a good time. Bob from mass Won the 50/50 raffle, Sherman Donated a Marauder Flag for the raffle, Daniel from Colex Donated some really nice stuff , John Nero & myself put in 8 sets of marty's new Marauder S/C stickers & Daniel brought some marauder stuff from Pug to sell too. Sonnys BBQ was good. But the best part of all was all of us getting together & having a good old time. Thank you everyone for coming !
