navigation radio head unit that looks stock

Has anyone put the lincoln town car navigation radio head units in there marauders? would it fit? if not are there any ford stock navis that would fit a marauder correctly?

I thought the MM member in Germany installed a Lincoln navigation head unit. It looks bad ass!!

I don't know any way that would work, neat idea but without some serious creative design... I looked at the towncars as well as multiple other ford and lincoln nav units and they all either have the screw tabs at top or bottom, not the push clips like ours need.

I have a Pioneer AVIC-D2. Looks pretty much like the Lincoln unit on eBay.
