Need Avatar Help

I tried to add a custom avatar, but I got a message saying that it's too big. Heck, I'm from Texas, I'm used to hearing that! How do I take a pic and cut down the size or whatever to use it as an avatar? Thanks

Or you could talk to the fat bastid. He helped me downsize my avatar with the last setup we had where it had to be 90X90 or something like that.

Ask Marty...he NEVER has to deal with anyone saying anything of his is too big...he can help. :D He's got a small avatar, pretty rainbow mod lists, all that freaky stuff.
