Have you checked the wheel switch on the dash? If rotated to full "on" interior lights will stay on.

All the way to the left is "interior lights on". You should feel it hit the detent.
All the way to the right will dim the lights and turn them off.
Are the doors closed? There are switches in the door latches, inside the door.
Do the lights go out after about 20-30 minutes of no activity?
Ive moved the dimmer both ways and no fix. Ill check the doors but the instrument cluster is also staying on. I drove 40 miles to work this morning and the interior lights never shut off

You said the instrument cluster is on too right.....I know if the headlight switch is unplugged the lights will come on....but the head lights will be on also....

Spray each of the door latches, with a penetrating oil, then open, and close each door several times, the lights will go off. Sometimes the switches in the latch get sticky, and won't operate properly, happened to me also.
