Today Im eating alot less than I was in January of 2011 when I started my diet. Down 128 pounds since then, no meds, no bypass, no lap band. Feel like a new dude; not really a diet anymore, just the way it is and will be from now on. Id like to drop about 30 more. If youre interested, just do a calorie calculator to figure out how many cals you should have ina day to lead to a 1-2 pound per week loss and then write down everything you eat and add the calories every day (that info is on calorieking dot com). I still can eat pretty much anything I want, Im not starving myself but its just a long slow process.

That's awesome man! Show Kim my recipe:
8 cups chicken broth
8 cups diced potatoes
1/4 to 1/2 cup minced/diced onions
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Pinch of cayenne
16oz. (2 bricks Philly Cream Cheese)
Mix the spuds and all ingredients except the Philly cheese into a pot and rapid boil until spuds are where you prefer them to be.
Cube the Philly cheese in the pot and back off the heat to around medium low.
Stir the the cheese until melted, and serve it up!

Hawaiian Pizza Burger
Patty is 50% Sterling Silver Ground Beef and 50% Ground Italian Sausage. weighed AFTER grilling comes out to at least one pound of patty.
the Patty is sitting on top of a slice of pineapple. and i mean slice, since it's not one of those pineapple rings. it is sliced fresh from a pineapple. on top of the patty was 5 Mozzarella Cheese Sticks (the menu said Mozzarella Cheese, nothing about friend Mozz. sticks lol) with marinara sauce on top of them. then a couple slices of ham on top of that. I forgot what kind of bun they used but it was one of the best hamburger buns I've ever had.
damn that burger was good. definitely going back to try some of their other burgers. their most famous burger is the 50/50. where the patty is 50% ground beef and 50% ground bacon. Also includes a sunnyside up egg, avocado, pepper jack cheese, chipotle adobo mayo on a white brioche bun.

My absolute favorite?
First, a Beefeater martini with an anchovy stuffed olive and one "Sable and Rosenfeld" tipsy onion. (Also included in the martini is a teaspoon of juice from both the olive and onion jars.)
Second, a charcoaled steak (one that I charcoal) medium rare, and some crab legs dipped in hot butter.
A baked potato with sour cream. (Alternative: onion rings.)
Third, a perfect finish: a Sambuca (up) and a cup of coffee.

4 1/2 pound chicken cooking in a crock pot.
Sitting on a bed of fresh onion, clove of garlic and seasoned with:
Basil, Italian seasoning, pepper, salt, poultry seasoning, olive oil and butter.
Sides are "smashed" taters, stuffing and corn.
Fresh gallon of sweet tea to wash it down.
Banana-nut bread if there's room afterwards.
