Tomorrow track opens up and might run with it being nice out and 50 degrees and try to bust into the 13's with ONLY 4.10s, z-tune, jlt cai. Last year in 60 degrees ran 14.001 and by the looks of it with my mods 13s seems like a tough feat to accomplish. So what you folks think, 13's yay or nay!?

Remove spare tire. Use just enough 93 for a few runs and to get back to a station. Tire psi 38 hot. Try to run in the coolest part of the day with a cool motor. Don't smoke tires

Too easy for that track.

Got a number in mind that I'ma shoot for. Need some DR's so I don't burn up my street tires.

Yup, if you can hook and get a good 60 ft time, that may do it.

Honestly Nay! Get more mods....Underdrive pullys would be a good addition!

He's about to do a eaton swap! So doing the pullies would be a waste of time.

A smaller diameter drag radial on the rear would get you there. The 10* drop in temp may help a little. Also run with less then a 1/4 tank of gas and remove any excess weight. Good Luck!

Temp is at 42*F this morning. Should be a nice cool day for racing. Good luck on the 13's.

Then the point of this thread is mute. But if interested he could always sell them after the install, I know I did.

Changed my mind last night due to not wanting to buy new tires but freak it, I want 13's and this is my chance. thanks for the doubt. (motivation) love proving folks wrong! Pointless to buy the pulleys then turn around and sell them in matter of weeks.

You won't need drag radials unless your running the stock BFGoodrichs.

Maybe next time. The famous Capital track majority of people didn't have traction so I didn't waste my time.

That's why I said go to Cecil drag way!!!

Capital is a waste of time and their track prep sucks ass!

I will never waste my time at that track ever again.

No point in striving for a goal at a crappy track.

Hate to see you waste your time bro.

The drive back from Cecil or MIR for that matter im cautious about after beating on the car a couple pulls. My goal right now is to just break into 13's I think Capital might give me that, just gotta find a nice day one of these weeks then I'm done til Eaton is on.
