Mouse Pads Anyone?

I am thinking about doing up some mouse pads with some Marauder related logos. My initial thoughts were to do the Fender Badge logo that was popular among the members and the home page artwork (in the upper left hand corner of the home page).

This thread is NOT to take firm orders but rather to get a sense of who might be interested. So, if you are interested, chime in here. Also, feel free to suggest alternate artwork.

I need to do about 100 of each style, with an expected cost of about $6.00 or so, so while I am not asking for firm commitments, I would like a rough idea of the interest.

I think it should be one of the professional pics, like the ones that can be downloaded for wallpaper...and of course...it needs to be in each of the colors.

This project is taking shape nicely.

I have the producer selected, the artwork picked out (I think) and I am working on the pricing. I think you guys will like 'em although they may be slightly more expensive than originally anticipated. I need to sell 100 of each design style to keep the prices as low as possible (there will be two design styles and I believe you will like and want both).

Start gathering your pennies as these should be ready in about three weeks. I will take firm orders then and front the money in the meantime for production.

I will post pics as soon as possible.

The second mouse pad is a little more tricky. I wanted to go with a picture of the MM like Todd posted in this thread. The problem is I need a higher resolution photo. Which one of you geekazoids (Mary, /Steve this owuld be your cue....) can help me with that? Frankly, I think any really cool photo of an MM would be good, it does not have to be exactly the one Todd posted.

Production of the mouse pads is running full swing now. The mouse pads are 8 inch circles and will be a perfect match for the round lapel pins that Mac and I did up for y'all a while back. They will be black with as close to silver printing as I can get.

The mouse pads will be ready before Indy. I have agreed to donate enough mouse pads to the Marauderville II administrators so that they can stuff them in the "goodie bags" of all of the participants. Yep, that means if you go to Marayderville II you will get one mouse pad free!!! What more incentive do you need than that to go to this gala event?

So, if you want one go to Marauderville II. If you want more than one, get your check books handy.

Pricing: $6.00 for one and $4.50 for each additional unit. Shipping is $3.95 for as many as you order (sorry but that's what Priority Mail will cost me).
