Got back from my 75,000 mile check with the following results:

Battery: voltage: 12.29, measured 255 CCA, Rated 650 CCA, Temperature 73.
Original stock 9 year old battery, I guess it's time to replace. Seeing that Motorcraft is manufactured by Johnson Controls, who also manufacture Optima, Diehard, and others I guess I'll stick with a new Motorcraft.

Last few months a belt squeak developed on start up, which went away after the engine warmed up. They say I need a new belt tensioner? What ya think?

on the belt squeak, it could be either the belt or an idler pulley bearing/tensioner pulley bearing gone bad. any of those issue cause a belt squeak/chirp and are easy fixes. without hearing/seeing the issue in person, it is hard to diagnose exactly which idler it could be, but you should be able to do it no problem.
