Very cool. Can't wait to get pulled over by a respectable V6 :) Impalas are boring.

This might be my next car, if I ever replace or wear out the Marauder , but on second thought ,,,,

This is a moral dillema... On one hand, I wish cops drove stripped down fiestas, to save taxpayers dollars, on the other, I hope they order all the ecoboost tauruses they can, so I can have a cool turbo awd beater in 5-10 years :D

Pretty slick presentation ... well structured and organized. Just wished that they would have introduced the car before 22 minutes into the video set. I must admit .... it did build my anticipation and the "entrance" was impressive lead by the CVPI crashing through the (stryrofoam??) wall. Timing was perfect.

Looks sorta like my new 2012 Ford Taurus SHO minus the graphics, lightbar and pusher bar. :D

The 3.5L EcoBoost is VERY responsive with power to spare.

They may have minimized torque steer ..... but it hasn't been eliminated. It is definitely noticeable when you mash the go pedal from a roll or from a standstill.

The old saying goes " There is a Ford in your Future " :burnout: The Marauder to "Roll" and the SHO to "GO"

It has taken a little while, but this presentation really illustrates the value of the Volvo acquisition for the time Ford owned them. RSC, uses of different types of steel, crash/crumple zones, ect..... These were all in Volvo's (with the exception of RSC which came in 2003) starting back in the mid 80's...

Have to hand it to Ford....... They cracked the insular Volvo engineering culture and created avenue's of knowledge transfer that usually don't occur in an envirornment like that.

Well done:banana2:
