:banana2::coolman:Hi everyone I am proposing a meet on the 26th of MAY 2012 at a place suggested by SNOOT. The meeting place will be at:
The Mustang Shop
1929 West Valley Hwy S
Suite #102
Auburn, WA 98001
I dont exactly have the hours of operation for everyone yet but I am going to contact them tomorrow morning and will post their hours this weekend.
This event will cost you $60 if you want to have your car put on the Dyno. That covers two runs. If you would like to check it out and contact them yourself to inquire about more info or other services that they offer the website is below.

Thanks and hope to see everyone there! It would be awesome to have a decent Marauder turn out! I believe Merrill has said in another post that they have never had Marauder on the Dyno, lets show'em what we got!

I will post if I can make it as the date gets closer.. I will plan to be there...
I'll be there if I've got the rear axle done by then. As far as places to eat around there, nothing really stands out that I can personally recommend. There is Big Daddy's Drive-in where people used to go "cruising", they do have inside seating. Other than that there is just about every fast food joint and chain restaurant under the sun and a few local places that I've never been to.

That would be HILARIOUS! i think that is an awesome idea! i would love to make it that aways but i still have to pull the heads on my MM. It is sitting o so pitiful in my garage with the hood up. i just havent had time to get out there and get on it. All signs and syptoms point to having dropped a valve seat on the #2 cylinder on one of the intake valves. wont really know till i get in there. It is killing me inside to see here sitting there day by day. On the other hand, since i am not forking out like 150.00 a week for gas my pockets are starting to burn holes in my pants.

I appreciate the support from you guys, I am hopefully going to have at least one of the heads off today. Finally was able to get sometime to get it done. Going to be a long night because I am not leaving the garage until the passenger head (that's supposed to be the issue) is off! I will post up some pics later.

Yes, and the building is beautiful. Based on the Lemay collection but there will only be around 250 cars displayed at one time. 14.00 to get in or you can get a yearly pass. Opens at 10:00 or they have some coffee and cars events that start at 9:00.
I am up for the 30th, last Saturday of the month.

Well guys, I have been really busy with work and i know i promised i would have them heads off a week ago, but i havent gotten them all the way off yet. just have to pull the front cover and the exhaust manifolds and they should be off. However, i could not see a dropped valve seat on any cylinder but i did see somthing that caught my eye on the drivers side head. I seen what looked like a piece of metal that had been pounded a few times or so buy the valve. wierd! i am hoping for the best! Plus side is that i could get new refurbed heads from AutoZone for $720 minus my military discount. I also ordered a set of Manley High Performance valve springs to go in my heads or new heads. Trust me when i say i am ready to get my Marauder back! i am hoping to be able to get those heads out this week though. I will try and post up some pics soon of what i am talking about on the valve if i can get a good shot of it.

Here some photos of my suspect problem causing the issues with my MM.
Looks as though there is a notch in the vave seat and right bethind the stem on the right side it looks like a piece of metall recieved a pounding by that valve and is laid over on it.
I am going to try and get the heads off this week. just havent had the time. Putting in 70hrs a week in at work consistantly.
Only plus is that i have saved all that money for gas and it can now go torwards some more upgrades, Head upgrades of course only after the machine shop gives me the report.
