They got hit very hard. The rain and hail has been hitting New Orleans all night. Looking out the kitchen window I am missing things out of the yard, from around the pool. Rain woke me up a few times last night.

Yeah, it gets pretty hairy here from April thru mid-June. I dont think anyone got killed yesterday and thats good but this time of year you have to keep an eye on the weather forecasts/radar. DFW is the largest metro area in "Tornado Alley" and you never know for sure here.

Lots of people lost a lot, but nobody seriously injured. All our brood were at home and safe---first bad weather since we moved into the cottage---quite a difference. The MM is safely tucked in my garage and the Barracuda is still in the shop at the old house--the home sales market sucks--have cut my price to $40,000 below appraisal, still no results--got my fingers crossed. Hope all are OK. See you at the show, Maury

I'm glad everyone got through that unscathed.

Amazing that no one was killed in that storm.
